The New York Times ran an interesting article last week in regards to ongoing data of the benefits of mammograms. For years physicians have been telling their patients that once you turn 40 you should be getting yearly mammograms to screen for breast cancer. That timetable is pretty standard unless you have a family history for breast cancer or are a carrier of the BRCA gene, in which they might even suggest mammograms every 6 months. Now, there are physicians that are going on record to state that this may not be as necessary as once thought. Dr. Laura Esserman, a breast surgeon from the University of California, San Francisco, has written an article on this ongoing debate in The Journal of the American Medical Association. In the article she discusses the issue of "who is helped and who is not" by such frequent mammography. Dr. Esserman says that women over 70 can stop being screened, due to the fact that in this particular age bracket tumors caused by breast cancer tend to be very slow growing and in most cases are not likely to be the cause of death. On the other hand woman in the age group of 50-70 there is good evidence that screening can reduce the risk of death from breast cancer by 20 percent to 30 percent. So this all sounds good right? Well, here is the gray area....what about the woman from 40-50? This is the group where the heat of the debate begins. Many feel that woman in this "gray area" are being "over treated" and "over diagnosed", by being exposed to excess radiation and unnecessary biopsies. She feels that the evidence benefiting screening women in that age bracket is lacking. Some physicians who agree with Dr. Esserman feel this can lead to a larger margin of false diagnosis and just additional stress on the patient.

Where men like to have their tattoos on the upper arm, or chest, or shoulder, most girls are aware that what they’re doing has to work with the somewhat more revealing fashions. Thus, a girl needs to think about whether or not a tattoo will look good with a bikini, or a prom dress, or an evening gown. Likewise, girls tend to be a bit more careful about making sure that a tattoo is concealable with professional or casual attire.
So, when looking for a cute girl tattoo, the first thing to think of is "where to put it" – on the back, between the shoulder blades is a common place, as is a circle around the upper arm, or a circle around a wrist or ankle. Another popular place is at the small of the back, right over the crease of the buttocks, because it can be hidden with a modest swim suit – or shown off with a low cut one.
Places to avoid getting a tattoo are on the face, or on the breast, or in between your breasts – the face is a fairly obvious place to avoid a tattoo, just because of the pain and difficulty concealing it. The upper chest is a bit less obviously a "bad place", however, it runs the risk of spoiling the tattoo because that skin shifts and stretches over time, and it makes it awkward to wear anything low cut.
As to what qualifies as a cute girl tattoo, there’s a wide range of options; everything from the now cliché’d "circle of thorns" to roses to butterflies. Pick an image that you’re going to find enjoyable and meaningful for years to come. When you’re getting the work done, be sure to ask to see the health inspector certification. A good tattoo parlor should be as clean as an operating room.

CAPICORN TATTOO on feet
Here is the one she has with her fiances name Brian, whilst doing her photo shoot for FHM she was asked what would she do if she and Brian broke up? She simply said ” I would keep it, as I can always name my child Brian”.
She has a script about a butterfly. There is nothing planned about her tattoos. She simply gets one when she wants one and with whatever is meaningful to her at that moment in time, as it will be a lasting memory as to what she thought about whilst deciding her tattoo.
This tutorial will show you how you can insert a tattoo design to a photograph with only couple of simple steps in photoshop. So, here’s my before and after photo:

Step 1) Let’s working on the tattoo image first. Select your magic wand tool from your tool pallete, then select the white background on your tattoo design. Make sure you have selected every white on the image. After that, go to select>inverse (shift+ctrl+i)

Step 2) Drag your tattoo design to your portrait. Or you can copy it (ctrl+c) then paste it (ctrl+v) in your portrait.

Step 3) Now, you need to resize your tattoo by pressing ctrl+t so that it will fit nicely on the lady’s back.

Step 4) Done with resizing, your next step is to reshape the tatto like the body part using the warp feature (right click while you’re still in free transform mode)

Step 5) Now change the layer mode of the tatto design layer to multiply and play around with the opacity for the desired look. Mine is 54%

You’re done!
